White House defends Trump's comments in which he told N.C. supporters to vote twice

At Thursday’s press briefing, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany defended President Trump’s comments on Wednesday in which he told supporters in North Carolina that they should vote twice, once by mail and once in person. Voting twice is illegal.
